EYES

Everytime your eyes catches mine,

Your stare just stops time.

 

The windows of your soul,

Tells me about your all.

 

It’s very hard to explain.

I think I’m getting insane.

 

And I told you what it feels like,

To gaze on your mysterious eyes.

 

You just giggled and said..

“I love you! That’s what you saw.. Isn’t it?”

There’s something you may give a friend and stranger, too;

It seems that when you give it, it’s given back to you.

 

This gift is worth a million, but doesn’t cost a dime;

It’s lasting in effect, but doesn’t take much time.

 

This simple little gesture can make the day worthwhile;

It’s just as good as sunshine; It’s what we call SMILE.

I THOUGHT WRONG

We were the best of buds

Thought, nothing can sep’rate us.

We always share our smiles

Even in the hardest times.

 

Every step you have made

I was right there beside you,

To support and to guide you

I’m just a step away from you.

 

I feel something special for you

That I’m afraid to lose you…

But, what about you?

Do you feel the same way, too?

 

Well, actually, I don’t think so,

I’ve been a fool to think though.

‘Cause when I needed your support

It was her that you comfort.
